Frequently Asked Questions
We get it. Buying new airport parking technology raises a few questions. Here are the ones we’re asked most:
Products and modules
Do I need all three modules?
Totally up to you! Most customers start with one and expand later. Parkspace (Book) is our pre-book platform, ParkIt (Flow) runs parking operations including valet and block parking and FGS (Go) is the customer-facing hardware. They work together but each solves a problem on its own.

What’s the difference between Book, Flow and Go?
Parkspace (Book) is the reservation and booking platform, covering pre-book, loyalty and other add-ons like Fast track. ParkIt (Flow) is the operations platform covering valet, block parking, key management and vehicle tracking. FGS (Go) is the bespoke self-service hardware, including damage capture, kiosks, lockers and drop boxes.
Which module should we start with?
There’s no single starting point; customers come in through both. Start with ParkIt if the problem is operational: running out of capacity, manual processes or slow check-ins. Start with Parkspace if it’s commercial: booking conversion, customer insight or missed ancillary revenue.
Do we have to replace our existing parking technology?
No. The platform is built to integrate with what you already run and most customers keep some existing systems in place. Replacement is a choice rather than a requirement and it’s usually staged over time rather than done in one move.
Commercial and results
How can we increase car park revenue without adding more spaces?
Yes and that’s the point of the ParkIt platform. Most airports have capacity locked up in traditional parking storage and think the only option is to build a multi-storey. Block or stack parking uses your existing real estate in a more creative way, freeing up to 40% more capacity.
How much does a parking management system cost?
We follow an enterprise SaaS pricing proposal combining SaaS subscription, implementation and any hardware or licenses you might need. The mix depends on which modules you take and how much hardware sits in the operation. Chat with us to find out more.
Which airports use BookFlowGo?
Brisbane Airport, Edinburgh Airport and Dublin Airport are all live, across valet, operations and self-service and Newcastle Airport uses the full BookFlowGo suite. Across the platform we have more than 100 customers and handle around 7.5 million check-ins a year.
Integration and IT
Can your parking management system integrate with what we already run?
Yes. We integrate with every booking provider, barrier, hardware and payment gateway and integration is part of every implementation. Bring us your current system list and we’ll advise on your entire setup.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Getting started is quick. Software-only setups can take as little as 30 days. If you’re adding hardware, lead times are a bit longer but we’ll work with your timelines to make sure everything’s ready when you need it.
Security and data
How do you handle security and data protection?
ParkIt, our operations platform, is certified to ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management. That covers how we control access, monitor risk and handle incidents.

“We’ve seen valet-style parking work very well in the UK and it unlocked the capacity to funnel more short-term spaces that were constrained.”
